Natale had a whole day working with vocal trainer Karen Griffith and she had a coke for breakfast, and sour cream chips for lunch.....and took sick! She broke out in cold sweat, quickly got a fever and then her tongue swelled up. The doctor had to be called in and she was severely scolded by National Director Stephanie Chase, her mother Sharon and the doctor who happened to be her god-father! She did not eat because she did not have time. NO NO NO always make time to eat even if you have 6 small meals a day if you do not want to eat heavily. You must always have breakfast, lunch and dinner. So our little flutter-bug is home sick and in bed (the doctor's orders). We miss her already!
