LALALALALALALALALALLAL 14 DAYS TO GO BEFORE WE SET SHERBOURNE ABLAZE WITH INTELLIGENCE!! 

Yes it is indeed crunch time and yesterday Karla, Taleah, Sabrina Mayers, Fabian, Teshia & Stephanie headed into town. The girls went to shop for shoes and Fabian headed to Central Police Station to pick up the licence for the motorcade which takes place September 8th from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00p.m. Fabian obviously was not interested in watching the girls try on shoes so he trekked through town handing out posters of  HIMSELF!! lol talk about self promotion!! Anyway by the time he reached the girls in Superstyles Shoe Shop where Stephanie bought the shoes all of his flyers were gone and he was sulking because he didnt have any more. I hope that those flyers turn into ticket sales......(lmao) The girls had one hell of a time finding shoes simply because when they found a style that they liked they did not have enough sizes for everyone until Stephanie & Teshia spotted a silver shoe that was according to 1st Runner Up in 2005 Princess Fabu Muba Best VICIOUS!! Better yes they had shoe sizes for everyone so the girls were elated. Of course they couldnt go shopping for shoes for the female contestants and leave Stephanie out of the do so she bought a pair of brozne Michael Antonio diamante shoes with a heel that could cause traffic to stop!! Now  Karla saw these shoes first and was about to try them on but when Stephanie saw them it was all over. It was a battle of the heels in the shoe shop lol because they didnt have the girls sizes so these shoes they too had to give up on. Teshia our host for the pageant who was oblivious to the girls plight went on a shoe parade in the store and had to be stopped before she bought everything. LOL

 Well after spending hours in the shoe shop Karla had to go and shop for her school stuff since UWI starts back for her next week. Sabrina Mayers went back to Columbian Emeralds to make her quota for the month and Taleah decided she wasn't doing anything until she ATE!! LOL Well Teshia decided that we were going to the New Thriving Chinese Restaurant and treated us all to lunch which was FANTABULOUS. We didn't even know that the place existed but they are going to make loads of money now because the food is soooooooooooooooooooooooo good. Peppered Prawns and not 5 prawns but about 20 which were so delicious that Stephanie couldnt even finish her meal which included, 4 pieces of roast chicken, pork, shrimp , sauteed vegetables and rice. Fabian had Shrimp & chicken laden all on a gigantic plate with rice, Taleah had lord knows what because he just looked confusing and Teshia had the same as Stephanie. It was enough food to feed 20 people. Well our day didnt finish there nooooooooooooooo...

 After lunch we headed to the Garrison Secondary School where rehearsals were due to start at 5:00 p.m. to give Teshia an opportunity to meet the other contestants and visualise what the show is going to be like. After each contestant ALL EXCEPT ONE rehearsed their talent Teshia spoke with them  individually giving them insight into what was needed to enhance their performances. Her suggestions were met with great appreciation as the contestants were very comfortable around her. She literally had them in stitces with her jokes.

When it came time to rehearse the question and answer segment she asked them random questions and reminded them to make their answers short, concise and to the point.

Stephanie reminded the contestants that they need to exude sensuality and personality everytime the entered the stage and most not fade into the background. The boys were having loads of fun and ensuring that they didnt have anything on each other. The girls needed to step up to the plate which they did after much grueling. 

It must be said that Feloshade Ife Ayana John is a nut-case. When Ayana got her shoes she said, 'Oh lord dem shoes slamming!!" LOL needless to say when other contestants had broken in their shoes Ayana had hers' on for the entire night refusing to take them off. Stephanie said, 'I hope that you all realise Ayana has not taken off her shoes." Ayana said, "but I love them I don't want to take them off...maybe I will later...............when i get home!!" Everyone broke out laughing. Needless to say Ayana wore her shoes home without a flinch...she shoes were definitely broken in.

After a good rehearsal session our host Teshia stated emphatically,  "I am glad that I came to rehearsals........but I aint coming back!!" LOL LOL LOL LOL The contestants told her nooooooooo and stated that she had to come back! Well Teshia enjoyed herself and told the contestants that she was looking forward to the night of the show as it will be a fantastic show indeed. 

Teshia Hinds-Ifill has been the host of this pageant since its inception and she is well loved by the MBW Organisation.
