This week looks quite busy for reigning Mr. & Miss Barbados World Fabian Bartlett & Natalie Griffith along with 1st Runners Up Emerald Forde & Karla Yearwood as they attend the following events: - Monday 15th October - All Day Seminar on HIV/AIDS - Fighting The Stigma ( The Barbados Hilton) 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- Tuesday 16th October - Fabian & Stephanie embark on a car hunting escapade at 3:00 p.m
- Friday 19th October - Screening for Got Rhythm. Com Caribbean Advertising Campaign 1:00 p.m
- Saturday 20th October - Guest Appearance at David "Kid Site" Piggott's Private Party at Casa Grande Hotel 6:00 p.m
- Sunday 21st October - Guest Appearance at The Barbados Amateur Model Search Launch which takes place at Lord Willoughby's Tavern at 6:00 p.m.

On October 14th The Kiwani's Club of Bridgetown successfully staged their SILVER DOLLAR CHILDREN'S DRIVE which started at 7:00 a.m in front of Government Headquarters, Bay Street, St. Michael. On hand to assist were Miss Barbados World Natalie Griffith and Mr. Barbados World Fabian Bartlett. In totalso far $53,000.00 was raised to assist with underpriviledged children from various backgrounds and also to help those who have disabilities.  Mr. Barbados World 2008 Fabian Bartlett is wasting no time in capitalising on the adavantages of the print media by being featured in THE HELLO MAGAZINE. Photographer NIGEL WALLACE stated that Fabian was extremely easy to work with and that he photographed great. Nigel did a PHENOMENAL JOB of course Fabian is handsome which was an added bonus!! These photos will be added to Fabian's Portfolio which he will continue to build in preparation for Mr. World 2008.
Miss Barbados World Natalie Griffth was also featured in 5 THINGS YOU DONT KNOW ABOUT ME! So what didnt we know about Natalie welllllllllllllllll she swam competitively, she loves old dub, her favourite food is pizza, she loves to talk and is a lover of the arts. The world is a stage and Fabian & Natalie are about to dominate it as two of its greatest actors!! Keep up the great work Natalie & Fabian!  |

Natalie Griffith & Fabian Bartlett had a very busy weekend. On Satruday 6th October 2007 they attended a HIV/AIDS Training session which will prepare them for their year of charity work with The National HIV/AIDS Commission and 1st Runner up Emerald Forde was also in attendance. This training will continue over the next three weeks. On Sunday 7th October 2007 they attended the Mr. Le Jade Man pageant which took place at The Barbados Museum and supported the handsome and charming contestants who took part. Standing out on the night was Thomas Estwick and Ayuob Suttle. The contestants gave a good account of themselves and we are sure that some of them will be auditioning for Mr. Barbados World 2009 in the coming months. Coming Up - OCTOBER 14th THE SILVER DOLLAR DRIVE Natalie & Fabian will be hard at work in the HOT sun assisting members of the public in placing their silver dollars!! |
